Most patterns don't live where you can think your way out of them.
They live in the subconscious - formed in specific moments, often long ago, when your mind created a belief, a feeling, or a way of responding to the world. That response made sense at the time. It was protecting you.
The problem is it's still running. And no amount of understanding, effort, or willpower reaches it at the level where it was created.
Hypnotherapy does.
In a relaxed, focused state, the brain's default mode network quiets down. The inner critic steps back. You become unusually open and clear - able to look at old patterns, old memories, and old feelings without the usual resistance.
In that state, we find the root. We see it clearly. We understand it fully. And then we update it - at the level where it actually lives.​
